QUESTION: How can I add items to an order already placed?

Fill out our Contact form by providing your invoice number and what additional products you wish to add if your order has not been shipped already. If your order has been shipped, you'll have to place another order.

QUESTION: How do I cancel an order?

Please have your order number handy, then fill out our Contact form with your request to cancel your order if it has not been shipped out.

QUESTION: How do I return an item?

Fill out our Contact Form with your Order Number and reason for return. The shipping cost on the original order will not be refunded.

QUESTION: What if an item is damaged in shipment?

If your order is damaged, please fill out our Contact Form to make arrangements for a replacement or refund. We will require a photo to initiate the process.

QUESTION: How do I cancel workshop booking?

All workshop tickets are non-refundable.
